Reservations
Appointments can be booked and managed online at www.gabriellachamberlain.co.uk alternatively please call our reception team on 01323 439990. Card details are required to be taken for all bookings and a minimal booking fee is required to secure a new appointment. Please arrive in good time for your treatment to enable us to confirm your details whilst you enjoy a refreshment. Late arrivals may result in shortened treatment times. A non refundable deposit may be required for treatments of over 2 hours.
Group Bookings
The perfect way to celebrate or prepare for a special occasion, or if you just wish to relax with friends or family. Please contact reception and we can tailor make a package that’s just right for you. A 50% non refundable deposit is required to secure a group booking.
Cancellation Policy
We do require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as courtesy to our therapists and other clients waiting for appointments. Please note there is a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment cost if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice and a cancellation fee of 100% of the treatment cost should you fail to attend without any notice. Client’s on courses risk loosing a treatment from their course should our cancellation policy not be adhered to.
Medical Conditions / Pregnancy
Please inform us of any medical conditions you may have including pregnancy at the time of booking as some treatments may not be appropriate to you.
Patch Tests
Selected treatments require a patch test at least 48 hours prior to treatment. To comply with our insurance and health and safety regulations under no circumstances will the treatment go ahead without this being completed. Treatments may be cancelled if there is no record of a patch test. Our cancellation policy applies.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available to purchase for any monetary amount and can be spent on treatments or products in the salon. Physical Gift Cards can either be purchased at reception or by telephone and if required can be posted first class via Royal Mail either to yourself or directly to recipient.
Digital Gift Cards for use in the salon are also available and can be purchased online by clicking here. Please note, these digital gift cards can not be used on our online shop.
All Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Please note: Gift Cards are non-refundable or exchangeable and must be presented at time of appointment. Cards sent out in the post will be subject to a delivery charge.
Skin Memberships
Spread the cost of your favourite advanced skin treatments using our online direct debit system, GoCardless. Not only will you achieve optimal results for your skin but by purchasing a course of treatments you will also receive huge savings compared to purchasing single treatments!
Children
As a courtesy to other clients and to comply with health and safety regulations, children cannot accompany parents into the treatment rooms or areas. Only limited treatments are allowed to be carried out on under 16’s please check with us before booking.
Male Treatments
Whilst we are happy to treat male clients we make it a policy of the salon that they are accompanied by a female, or that they have a female relation who is a regular client of the salon.
All treatments are carried out in the strictest confidence.
